At the event will be participate the project partners, stakeholders’ representatives and external experts. All partners will prepare presentations for the overall condition of the issue in their own regions, desired solutions and proposed good practices with opportunity of adaptation. 1) Technical and financial parameters of digitization - presented by eng.Svilen Stoyanov and prof.Tosho Spiridonov, Bulgaria
2) Existing standards and opportunities for their unification - presented by Dan Matei, Romania
3) Main principles of common digitization and their appliance - presented by Kadri Nigulas, Estonia
