PASSAGE project launching conference

The launching conference will gather all partners’ representatives for the first time in Boulogne-sur-Mer, Pas-de-Calais, on 12 May 2016.

In the morning, the conference will start with welcoming speeches and presentations by guest speakers to contextualise PASSAGE project:

• Jean-Christophe Victor, specialist of geopolitics and founder of the LEPAC institute
• Kaarin Taipale, elected representative of Helsinki-Uusimaa Regional Council
• Philippe Vasseur, president of the Regional chamber of commerce and industry Nord de France
  

In the afternoon, field visits in the port of Boulogne-sur-Mer and the coastal area of Pas-de-Calais will enable participants to have a more concrete approach of the issues raised by PASSAGE project.
