3. Theoretical economic reasoning for the creation of PPP’s
4. National and European mechanisms to finance such partnerships
5. Private and public sector incentives to participate in a PPP
6. Greek examples

PPPs in the context of circular economy and sustainable use of resources
Presentations to be delivered:
1. PPPs in the context of environmental policy
2. Implementing PPP’ in the context of circular economy – Greek example 1 (district heating system)
3. Implementing PPP’ in the context of circular economy – Greek example 2 (Waste management system of Western Macedonia_ M3P project)
4. Implementing PPP’s in the context of circular economy- specific areas of interest ( territorial development, new jobs creation, use of ash, biomass production) Experts from partner’s countries are invited to deliver presentations
