LOTTI: Local identity driving traditional industry transition

Regions are currently navigating a period of change, moving away from their traditional manufacturing roots that once defined their cultural identity. LOTTI's main goal is to empower public authorities to create and implement strategies that support innovation, sustainability, resilience, and citizen-led development, rooted in industrial tradition. A strong focus is placed on proactive citizen involvement.

We aim to expand our partnership to include regional public authorities from new countries, inviting them to join LOTTI as discovery partners.

LOTTI, standing for "Local identity driving traditional industry transition", was launched under the 1st IE call, on 1 March 2023. The Regional Council of Päijät-Häme, Finland, coordinates it. The project unites 5 regional managing authorities and 3 regional agencies across 6 EU countries: Finland, Spain, Poland, Ireland, France, and Italy.
