Dr. Aleš Hančič is the Director of TECOS, the Slovenian Tool and Die Development Centre. He began his career as an assistant at the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering, University of Ljubljana. He is an expert in the field of work process management, polymer material processing and bio-composite material development, and in recent years he has mainly focused on business management, human resources, production processes and cluster management.
