Has more than 20 years of experience in educational sector. Worked as a Vice-rector at University of Novi Pazar from 2009 till 2023. Was in charge of teaching process, development and accreditation of study programs, international cooperation. Possesses deep knowledge of qualitative and quantitative research methodologies, including survey design, data collection, and analysis. Organized numerous scientific conferences, seminars, workshops and trainings.
