I have extensive experience in 20 EU-funded projects focused on waste management, circular economy models, and renewable energy from biowaste. As Project Manager for Aristotle University from 2016-2021, I developed best technologies for biological streams in the Interreg Europe BIOREGIO project. Since 2020, I have been Project Co-Manager for the Trace & Trust Hubs for MED food project, implementing full-path tracing practices for sustainable Mediterranean food products.
