Ari Hautaniemi

With a strong background in social sciences (M.Soc.Sc.) and environmental engineering (B.Eng.), I’m currently pursuing a PhD in sociology. I have over a decade of experience in project management and innovation in higher education, focusing on R&D projects in areas like gender equality, entrepreneurship, gamification, and service design. As an RDI Specialist at LAB University, I am skilled in managing teams, securing funding, and effective communication. I’m fluent in English and Finnish.
