Bio
Bilyana Raeva has extensive experience in urban policies and programmes and projects management. Serving currently as city councillor, she represented Varna in Brussels, hold senior government positions and was a Member of the European Parliament. Among her achievements are the establishment of StartupCity Europe Partnership, the European Youth Capital title in 2017, Head of MA of Administrative capacity OP, setting up Talyana creative neighbourhood and ReBonkers contemporary art center.
