Constanze O'Toole

Constanze is an experienced freshwater ecologist with a demonstrated history of working in research and the environmental NGO sector. Skilled in project management, environmental education, water protection and community work. Strong communication and engagement skills with a Ph.D. in Science and a Higher PG Diploma Environmental Engineering. She holds the position of Ireland Development Manager at The Rivers Trust, supporting existing and emerging Rivers Trusts in Ireland and Northern Ireland.
