Eleni holds a BEng and MEng in Urban Planning, an MSc in Urban Regeneration, and an MBA. With 13+ years in Development Studies, Urban Planning, Feasibility Studies, Project Management, and 10 years managing EU-funded projects, she specializes in Green Infrastructure and sustainable solutions. A National Expert and certified trainer for the Council of Europe, she focuses on HR, Performance, and Strategic Planning. Her academic and professional expertise provides leadership in urban development.
