I am practicioner and reseracher with an extensive experience as a project manager gained in regional government where I worked for 6 years within interreg projects. I am European Commision expert in CERV and URBACTIV and Expert at the Ministry of Digital Affairs in Poland in WG focused on AI, human rights and democracy. My research interests are focused on governance, participation, multi-stakeholder engagement (business, social, citizen) democracy and digital tools etc.
