Director of the representation of the Government of Cantabria to the EU since 1998. Director General of Economy and European Affairs of Cantabria since 2012 to 2016. Managing authority of the EU ETC SUDOE Program 2012-2016, I have a huge experience in managing EU funds and designing EU lobby strategies. I've a large European network in different fields. I was member of the CoR being part of the SEDEC and CIVEX committees. I was rapporteur of the CoR opinion on “Cultural Heritage”.
