Bio
Jim is Founder and Director of Walk21 - the international NGO for walking. Jim is a policy advisor, supportring many national governments and cities over his 24-year career. He is currently Co-Chair of the Gender Working Group (SUM4ALL) for the World Bank - a consortium of transport stakeholders working towards gender equality in the mobility sector. He is also Active Travel Advisor for (THE Pan-European Partnership) to the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe (UNECE) and WHO.
