Bio
I received the Ph.D. degree in electrical and computer engineering from the University of Trás-os-Montes and Alto Douro, Vila Real, Portugal, in 2017. I am currently a Researcher with GECAD, Polytechnic Institute of Porto. I am the Chair of the IEEE CIS ISATC TF 3 on CI in the Energy Domain. My research interests include power and energy systems optimization, including heuristic, hybrid, and classical optimization.
