I am sociologist, who works on bridging the gap between social policy design, academia and civic society in order to support social innovations. I am an expert in diversity management, migration, and integration, but my experience overlaps into fields of policy making, social inclusion and social welfare, and into the area of social change. I am passionate about solving social problems, transforming ideas into strong visions, and developing practical projects that offer solutions.
