Bio
She holds a PhD and Habilitation in Chemical Engineering and is an Associate Prof. at the University of Coimbra, Portugal. Her research interests are circular economy, sustainability, solid waste management, anaerobic digestion, composting and recovering of nutrients and metals. She is the Director of the Centre.
