Bio
Executive Director of the International Association "IARDI", Ukraine. Born in 1973, higher education, manager-engineer, graduated from Kharkiv Aviation Institute in 1996. He has experience as a coordinator, manager, and expert in the projects PHARE CBC, INTERREG IIIA, ENPI CBC. He is a representative of the Association of European Border Regions "AEBR" in the Carpathian region.
