The Ministry of Regional Development will not charge costs for control for Czech partners involved in an Interreg Europe project.
Project partners that will report equipment and/or infrastructures and works related to pilot actions will be checked on the spot.
However additional on the spot checks or monitoring visits may be implemented by the controllers, based on the professional judgement of the control body.
2014-2020
This section provides information on the system set up for the first level control in Czech Republic for the 2014-2020 programming period.
The costs associated with this control are indicated so that they can be planned for project budgets.
The Czech Republic uses a centralised first level control system.
Czech project partner's expenditure must therefore be checked and confirmed by:
The project partners submit their progress report to the first level control body within 15 days after the end of each reporting period for verification and confirmation.
Based on the good practice used for verification of expenditure in the Czech Republic for previous programme Interreg IVC, all Czech project partners can submit expenditure for verification to controllers only if the amount of the expenditures is above 7,500€ and/or at least once a year.
Czech project partners can also submit expenditures for verification to controllers below the 7,500€ threshold. However, in this case they first need to get approval from the respective controllers. Whatever the threshold used, Czech project partners must submit partner report (activity part) every reporting period.
