This is the good practice's implementation level. It can be national, regional or local.
About this good practice
LEMO is Erasmus+ funded project (with budget of 260 thousand ā¬) coordinated by School for Road Traffic and Transportation from Zagreb. Project partners come from Spain (ACASA), Croatia (EIHP, Ducati Komponenti, NETEKO), Slovenia (Avant car, School Centre Celje) and Finland (KSAO). The project was implemented in the period from 2014 to 2017. The project aims to increase the quality of the curriculum, in the system of vocational education, through the development of innovative new training module for e-mobility, transfer and dissemination of good practices among the European vocational schools and strengthening links between vocational education and labour market, with emphasis on the field of e-mobility.
The implementation of the project was divided into three phases. In the first phase of the project the teachers and other participants in the project attended the educational trainings in the partner countries to learn about the concepts of e-mobility and local examples of good practice. In the second phase, teachers in collaboration with project partners created new teaching materials for the student course with its concrete application in the classroom. Educational seminars for teachers from vocational schools that are not project partners but have an interest in the introduction of this program was also organized. In the final phase, the implementation of the program in the vocational school curriculum has been carried out.

Resources needed
It is necessary to organize study cooperation of teachers with experts in the field of e-mobility (scientific and professional institutions, companies, equipment manufacturers, etc.). It is necessary to procure demonstration equipment (parts of electric cars, charging stations, installations, etc.)
Evidence of success
The quality and relevance of learning that is offered in vocational education system in transport area was increased, through the development of innovative new educational module. Learning programs in partner schools have been successfully modified. In the year of implementation and in each year thereafter, more than 3000 students from the project partner countries receive quality technical information on e-mobility and the wider implications of clean mobility.
Potential for learning or transfer
All the features of this good practice suggest it is easy to learn, transfer and wide to apply. The learning module should be designed to complement the existing curricula in the field of transport and logistics. In order to implement the experience of various educational systems more easily and to provide the best possible module applicability, the module has to use elements of ECVET (European credit system for vocational education and training), providing the students the recognition, transfer and collection of learning outcomes acquired abroad. The main objective is to raise the quality of learning in vocational education and alignment with the actual changes in road traffic. This goal could be achieved through the development of new innovative educational module Electromobility and supporting tools for learning and teaching (ICT ā information and communication technology, OER ā open educational resources).
