People in Brussels grand-place

On June 4 and 5, we held our first face-to-face meeting in Brussels. It was an opportunity to get together and get to know each other better, while working on our objectives for the first half of the year.

The mid-afternoon arrival gave us just enough time to settle the last administrative details on the agreements to be signed, before attending a presentation by Aurlien Fievez, our Lead Partner, on how the Ministry of the Wallonia-Brussels Federation has integrated digital skills by relying, among other things, on Pix, an online platform for measuring, developing and certifying digital skills.

With their heads full of this interesting information, the group headed off for a quick tour of the Grand Place, before enjoying a bite to eat at one of Brussels' oldest brasseries: the Taverne du Passage.

The following day, we had a full day ahead of us, with a collective intelligence exercise to define the strategic axes of the transformation project and its underlying objectives. The idea was to do the exercise together once, so that each project partner could do it again in his own administration with his stakeholders.

The following day, we had a full day ahead of us, with a collective intelligence exercise to define the strategic axes of the transformation project and its underlying objectives. The idea was to do the exercise together once, so that each project partner could do it again in his own administration with his stakeholders.  It was a busy day, rich in constructive exchanges, and the objective was largely achieved.

We're all looking forward to our second face-to-face meeting in September in Paris, to present our results and hear experts talk about digital skills and their integration into organizations.
