Book 1:1 meeting with our team at #europecooperates
Our team is available to discuss your questions about the call for project proposals or project development issues during 'Europe, let's cooperate! interregional cooperation forum' on 5 April.
In addition to information sessions, presentations and networking opportunities during the event, you can also request an appointment with our policy and finance officers to discuss your call-related questions in an individual online meeting.
How to book your individual meeting?
We have several individual meeting slots available on 5 April. The individual meetings will take place throughout the afternoon (14:00-17:00 CEST), in parallel with networking activities on the event platform. The meetings will be scheduled as 20-minute video calls.
Book a meeting by indicating your preferred time slot and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
Please note that the number of available time slots is limited and places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis. Advance booking is required. Please submit your meeting request at the latest by 31 March.
Other ways to get your questions answered
In addition to the individual meetings, our team will be available throughout 'Europe, let's cooperate!' to answer your questions in the livestreamed plenary sessions, via the event chat, and in an interactive Interreg Europe corner in the virtual exhibition.
You can also share your call-related questions with us already now. Submit your question through an online form and we will send you a response via email.
Furthermore, we will organise a series of online Q&A sessions during the call in April and May.
Remember also to register for 'Europe, let's cooperate!' and see how to share your project idea with the participants during the event.
