New European Bauhaus prizes open for 2022

The New European Bauhaus (NEB) is a creative and interdisciplinary initiative that connects the European Green Deal to our living spaces and experiences.

The NEB initiative has just launched the competition for prizes in 2022. It is a great opportunity for Cohesion-policy-funded projects and for ideas of young people which contribute to the NEB values of sustainability, aesthetics and inclusion.

Apply by 28 February 2022 to get the well-deserved recognition and win up to 30,000 EUR!

Categories and prizes

Prizes are awarded in two strands:

• New European Bauhaus Awards calls for existing project examples completed up to two years ago
• New European Bauhaus Rising Stars is open for new concepts or ideas by young talents up to 30 years old

And four categories:

•  

  • Reconnecting with nature
  • Regaining a sense of belonging
  • Prioritising the places and people that need it the most
  • Shaping a circular industrial ecosystem and supporting life-cycle thinking

   

The winners will receive:

• EUR 30,000 for the New European Bauhaus Awards
• EUR 15,000 for the New European Bauhaus Rising Stars
