Try out our project assistance tools
The first call is approaching fast, but we’ve developed a series of online tools to help you prepare and improve your project idea, form a partnership, and get support from our team.
Make sure to try them out before you apply.
Developing your project ideas
The first part of developing any project is to come up with an idea. And for that, you need inspiration.
You should explore the projects we approved during the last programming period to see:
- What topics and policies they worked on;
- The partnerships they formed;
- And the results they obtained.
You’ll want to put together your own cooperation project that is innovative and builds on their achievements.
Is your idea relevant to our programme?
Once you’ve got your idea, make sure it’s relevant to our programme.
Find the right project partners
The next step is to form an interregional partnership.
It’s important that your team is made up of policy organisations from at least three different countries in the 27 EU member states, Norway and Switzerland.
Share your project idea on our website to find partners. Let people know what you’re working on and see if they want to team up.
Or search our community for people with similar interests as you. Get in touch with them to find out if they want to form a partnership.
Joining a project
Don’t have a project idea of your own? That’s ok too.
You can browse the ideas that others have shared online. When you find one that you think is interesting, contact the owner to get more information.
You’ll need to be a member of our community to see their contact details.
Get support throughout your journey
Here at Interreg Europe, we’re always happy to help.
You can get in touch with us to ask your questions about the first call and the application process. Soon, you’ll also be able to reach out to our team to get feedback on your project idea.
And don’t forget to talk our country’s representatives to find out if there are specific rules you need to consider.
What are you waiting for?
The first call opens on 5 April and closes on 31 May 2022 at noon CEST (Paris time).
