ASPAL is an administrative body of the Autonomous Region of Sardinia - Italy, which oversees the management and the supply of active labour policies services on regional level. The colleagues at ASPAL would like to learn from the experience of other organisations (peers) on the topic of:
Enhancement of transnational mobility instruments applied to active labour policies
The challenge addressed / expertise needed
The goal of ASPAL is to build effective labour policies which can tackle youth unemployment while guaranteeing one of the European Union values: citizens’ right to mobility in EU. While ASPAL has launched various mobility programmes in the past they see room for improvement. The peer review is expected to help ASPAL find some solutions for the improvement of their mobility strategy, especially in terms connecting EU labour markets more effectively, promoting the territory in terms of job and entrepreneurial opportunities, solving labour market challenges with mobility programmes and ensuring that people return after participating in the mobility programs.
Therefore, we are looking for experts from active labour policies field with experience in design and implementation of mobility activities, especially referring to NEETs and unemployed people. Communication specialists from private or public bodies that promote learning and working opportunities abroad are also appreciated.
