Kick-off meeting in Prague, 17th & 18th of May 2023

On the 17th and 18th of May 2023, the WEEEWaste kick-off meeting was held. It was hosted by the lead partner Czech Technical University in Prague.

Both days were held at the Ministry of Industry and Trade (Politických vězňů 20, Prague 1, Czech Republic). After brief introductions from all partners, the discussion about project activities began. We focused on the 1st semester and the selection of best practices. 

Afterwards the study visit followed, at the company Praktik System Ltd, where we had the change to get a closer look at the processing of e-waste and plastic. 

On the second day of our Kick-off meeting, an interregional workshop took place. Each partner gave a short presentation about their organization.We also completed a SWOT analysis, where we defined the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats in the field of e-waste.

The next face-to-face meeting of the WEEEWaste project is planned for October 2023 in Italy and hosted by the Municipality of Campobasso.
