Potential for learning or transfer
Municipalities make each year lots of purchases that are transported from the supplier to the municipal operations. The supplier's vehicle contributes to air pollution, CO2 emissions and congestion in the city center and around sensitive units such as schools and kindergartens. It should therefore be in the interest of the municipalities that these transports be as efficient and environmentally friendly as possible.
