Costa dei Trabocchi Mob
About this good practice
The region is in fifteenth place in Italy both for the number of companies related to that sector, with a 2.5% of National share, also for number of employees (2.1% of the total for Italy), with prevalence of local small and micro touristic business compared to the country average: to that context, the transport network is able to make the difference. As Covid-19 has significantly impacted on access to that area, the "Costa Trabocchi Mob" practice plays a significant role in exploiting technologies to integrate mobility information and touristic ones. The Project provides an app that allows the users to "see" the area map and the available transport services, both the public trasnportation and other mobility tools such as bike, e-bike and also book the related services if available by providers. Such Project is vital to rebuild safe and secure post-covid trust in tourism and public transport, because it promotes both travel & tourism through smart and sustainable transport infomobility.

Potential for learning or transfer
The integration of travel & tourism is crucial to exploit the potential of a territory: this Project allows the decision makers to have a pattern to follow in order to provide valid tools to potential tourists on how to use public transportation and how to experience sustainable tourism also taking into account COVID-19 risks by adopting all precautions (booking, passenger count on board etc.) and indirectly supporting local small and micro touristic business.
