Mentor Academy LKB (Lublin Business Club)
About this good practice
The program was created to prepare experienced, conscious entrepreneurs to support ambitious individuals in shaping their careers, developing self-awareness, and to help them continuously acquire and improve their leadership competencies.
Mentor is a leader experienced in business, while Mentee is a person aware of his/her professional goals, who aspires to take up management positions and become a formal leader in his/her organization. The Mentor-Mentee relationship should be based on mutual trust, acceptance of differences, respect, openness and honesty.
The mentoring process consists of about 6 meetings, during which the Mentee works with the help of the Mentor on its goal. The goal is defined by the Mentee at the first meeting according to the SMART model. The Mentor is an experienced entrepreneur who, thanks to its business experience (supported by specific mentoring tools), supports the Mentee on its way.
Resources needed
