Support for the development of infrastructures for the competitiveness of the territory

The call is a specific Action in the framework of the Emilia-Romagna Regional Program for Productive Activities 2012-2015 (Action 5.1).
Among its main purposes, the call promotes the development of new clusters, in urban centers, with a focus on the cultural and creative industries (CCIs) and the high-tech sectors (manufacturing and services), able to involve young people with high levels of training and competence.
In particular, the call finances 2 kind of interventions, connected each other:
- recovery of spaces (by restructuring those abandoned and building new ones), as well as fitting of spaces (with new machinery, equipment);
- consulting and training activities addressed to start-ups willing to share and benefit from new/renewed spaces.
The call encourages the start-up of business incubators/accelerators, considered as structures generating ideas and projects, with a multiplier effect on the territory. They join with other initiatives set up in different territories, such as fablabs, accelerators, hubs, co-working.
Stakeholders of the call are public or private subjects, like enterprises, local public bodies (Municipalities, Provinces), associations, foundations, individually or in groups.
Beneficiaries are start-ups willing to generate and share projects/ideas/initiatives.
