About this good practice
The problem is the fact that economic changes on polish market caused that appeared new needs connected with updating, upgrading and changing skills of employees. Therefore, in order to overcome increased level of unemployment caused by adaptation and modernization processes, it was decided to support companies, under activity co-financed from Human Capital Operational Programme by measure 8.1.1. The practice reached their objectives by organising general and specialist trainings and counselling for management staff but also for employees of SMEs. Trainings related to the needs that have been diagnosed, then the form of trainings is adapted to the organizational and technical possibilities of the companies. The main beneficiaries of the practice included SMEs and their employees (also addressed to restarter entrepreneurs )

Potential for learning or transfer
The most important issue is the fact that trainings and advisory support related to the needs that have been diagnosed in enterprises. Moreover the thematic of trainings was flexible and depend on interest of companies, but also from the organizational and technical possibilities of the companies. In new financial perspective 2014-2020 activity that support counselling take place under measure 3.5 Voucher for counselling. It means that there is continuation activity that support development of entrepreneurship, including the growth and survival of the newcomers business. It is good practice that is worth to transfer because of their adaptability to specific features of the region, and companies as well. Offer is matched to the particular demands, needs and expectations.
