The Covid-19 pandemic resulted in the need to organize alternative forms of work and the possibility of direct contact between employees and between employees and beneficiaries and clients, not only at the institution's premises, but also on-line, in order to work efficiently, efficiently and on time.
The solution is based on synthesis SharePoint program and Microsoft solutions and Cisco Webex.
The SharePoint program guarantees work in the cloud, increases the possibilities of teamwork by creating a database of contacts on a given case and dynamic and productive groups for each paper. It gives the ability to share files. We store files in the cloud infrastructure, process data, and collect contact databases.
Working in the cloud allows to carry out the various stages of cooperation with SMEs, beneficiaries on an ongoing basis, from the stage of submitting the application, through on-line evaluation, on-line monitoring and control in a continuous manner, without delays and paralyzing the stages of project implementation and servicing Applicants and Beneficiaries.
Thanks to the efficient organization of work, Applicants and Beneficiaries remain in contact with the MCE without delays for their projects and tasks. These tools allow to organize working meetings in a small group, as well as large meetings, information meetings with beneficiaries, webinars, trainings, individual meetings, regardless of where they are. Collaboration in the cloud is possible on mobiles too.

Evidence of success
Tools for on-line communication, including data collection and transfer, allow employees to meet and collaborate in one place, virtually, while maintaining the quality of work. The main results are: enabling easy file sharing and resource sharing, allowing people in different places to work on the same documents/files (including employees and beneficiaries), maintaining constant, uninterrupted contact with the beneficiaries. The proof of success- system had become a standard of work.
Potential for learning or transfer
The possibility of permanent, uninterrupted work in the terms of a pandemic, isolation, quarantine is especially important for beneficiaries who have to struggle with limited resources in their SMEs (people, income, materials, etc.) and thanks to cooperation with MCE they can use various forms of support: InfoPoint, grants , loans, etc. Using the cloud and using on-line communication tools allows to work from anywhere with Internet access, which is important especially when employees use teleworking, as well as the absence of employees due to the need to stay at home in a situation quarantine or deterioration of health. Contact via the cloud is instant.
