The second call was closed today at noon (13 May 2016) and we are busy assessing the submitted project proposals. We aim to finalise the assessment by October 2016.

Below are some key figures about the second call for proposals.

 The number of weeks the second Interreg Europe call for  proposals lasted. It opened on 5 April and closed on 13 May  2016.

 The number of project proposals the programme received  via the online application system together with the supporting documents.

 The number of organisations applying for cooperation. They  come from all Interreg Europe partner states.

€179,968

 The average ERDF co-financing the partners ask for for their  cooperation.

€290,648,159

 The total ERDF budget the project proposals apply for.  Partners from Norway apply for another 1,278,637.5 EUR of  their national funds.

We received proposals from all four topics. You can see below the number of project proposals submitted and the share of each topic in the total.

Institutions from all Interreg Europe partner states took part in the second call. Have a look how active your country was.

As in the first call, Interreg Europe opened the cooperation possibility also to private non-profit bodies. Many decided to join in the cooperation with the public sector in improving their regional development policies.
