6th Local Stakeholder seminar of ORZ in Rogaška Slatina

The 6th stakeholder seminar of the Environmental Research Institute brought together representatives of the public utility company in Slovenske Konjice and Rogaška Slatina for the purpose of discussing the objectives of the WEEEWaste project, with a focus on strategic guidelines, public awareness, promoting separate waste collection and establishing conditions for the reuse of electrical and electronic waste equipment. 

Attendees agreed that it is crucial to continue with awareness campaigns and engaging residents in sustainable practices. The need for additional e-waste collection points and access to reuse collection centers was also highlighted. All attendees agreed to strengthen collaboration between local businesses, municipalities and organizations to maximize project results.
