First stakeholder meeting in Debrecen (HU)

On the 25th of September, EDC Debrecen organised its first Local Stakeholder Group (LSG) meeting in Debrecen, Hungary.

The aim of the  meeting was to:

• Introduce the objectives and activities of ACROSS project
• Present the implementation framework and role of local stakeholders
• Prepare a SWOT analysis with stakeholders to map local CSR conditions

In the first half of the meeting, EDC team explained to stakeholders the purpose of the project, what brought it to life, introduced the partnership, and what they expect to achieve by the end of the 4-year-long joint work. They discussed the current status of the project and outlined, through the implementation framework, how the workflow is structured and how stakeholders can contribute to the achievement of expected outcomes.

The second part of the meeting was about to prepare a classic SWOT analysis focusing on local strengths and weaknesses, also potentials and threats on CSR characteristics in Debrecen. The analysis focused on the “personal” experiences of stakeholders.

The active participation of the stakeholders confirmed, that the topic of the project is very relevant and of great interest.
