ENAIBLER partners will travel to Buncrana, County Donegal (Ireland) for the 3rd site visit of the ENAIBLER project. The event will continue the capacity building for the ENAIBLER project and exchange of expertise will occur amongst partners and their stakeholders.

Overview of the meeting schedule and objectives of the meeting

• 9:15- 10:45 Workshop Session 1: What AI is and how we can apply it

A leading company in AI capacity building and training for the Public Sector in Ireland will lead a workshop divided into 3 sessions and give a perspective on adoption in the Irish public sector.

• 10:45- 11:05 Coffee Break
• 11:05- 12:20 Session 2 : Introduction to AI Tools & tips on developing AI solutions
• 12:20- 13:30 Session 3: Workshop on using AI Tools

Sessions 2& 3 will explore AI tools, their use, how they work, and the considerations required to use such tools.

• 13:30 – 14:30 Lunch
• 14:30-15:00 AI for design and photography (Founder of BrandCanvas).

AI is revolutionising many areas of work. Liam Coyle of BrandCanvas will explain how his startup is part of that disruption in design and photography.

• 15:00- 15:30 AI Revolutionising Education (Jamie Caldwell, Founder of Lead Inquiry {LI} Edu)

Instructional Designer Jamie Caldwell will lead us though how AI tools, such as Large language Models, are transforming education.

• 16:30 – 17:00 Conclusions & AOB

Day 2: Wednesday 17th April, Theii, Buncrana, County Donegal, Ireland

• 9:15- 9:20 Welcome to Day 2 and introduction to the schedule (ERNACT)
• 9:20-11:00 Practical Workshop: Hands-on with AI tools (Altantic Technological University)

A practice oriented session on using AI tools such as LLM’s.

• 11:00-11:20 Coffee Break
• 11.20- 12:00 ERNACT approach to AI: (ERNACT)

ERNACT AI strategy and ERNIE, ERNACT’s new internal chatbot tool for knowledge sharing.

• 12:00-12.30 Q&A & discussion
• 12:30- 13:30 Lunch (Meeting conclusion of Core part)
• 13:30 – 17:00 (Optional):

We can continue project discussions in groups on a local beach or hill walk weather permitting.
