This is the good practice's implementation level. It can be national, regional or local.
About this good practice
65 schools from the South Moravian Region were supported. These schools could implement one or more of the so-called E-products (entrepreneurial products) in their school teaching. These are 13 E-products, ranging from several-hour programs to year-round programs or competitions (Young Enterprise Company Programme, Edible School Garden Programme, Extra Class Programme, Eco-school Programme, School for Sustainable Living Programme, 3D Printing Competition, Budget it Competition, Financial literacy School Certification, “Život v kostce” Programme, “Doctor Zdědil and Mr. Zdražil” Programme, Business inspiration Programme, Company Days of the South Moravian Region, Globe Programme).
A new position of the E-coordinator, i.e. the Entrepreneur Coordinator, was created for each participating school. Usually an existing school teacher newly decided to guarantee the development of entrepreneurship in the school and the incorporation of news into teaching. The E-coordinators received financial support and received 20 or 60 hours of entrepreneurship training.
The Regional Entrepreneurship Council was established at the level of the South Moravian Region.
Each year there was one big E-conference on entrepreneurship.

Expert opinion
Building an entrepreneurial mindset starts at a young age and programmes that bring entrepreneurial lessons and more advanced activities to the classroom is one of the main ways to achieve this. While similar entrepreneurship teaching programmes can be found in various regions in Europe, we decided to highlight this on our platform because of the informative lessons learned:
1. It became evident in the South Moravian Region example that 20 hours of entrepreneurial training for teachers might not be enough to build their knowledge base (and in turn, it can also be expected that confidence in mentoring students in entrepreneurial activities increases with longer training)
2. It would be better to set up teams of people whose duty it is to promote entrepreneurship at schools, rather than leave it as a responsibility of a single teacher. This makes the practice more sustainable.

Evidence of success
All graduates identify this training as fundamentally beneficial for their work. The project has become well known in the Czech Republic during its implementation that it has become an example of good practice for other regions of the Czech Republic and some of the project's ideas have been taken into account in the working group of the Czech Ministry of Education. Funds invested in student mini-projects have proved extremely meaningful.
Potential for learning or transfer
Some E-products developed within the project could be inspiring for foreign E-cool partners. It could be enough to translate and use them abroad (eg E-product “Dr Zdedil and Mr. Zdražil” - 3 hours program about financial literacy).
