Last tips before submitting your project application
The end of the third call is coming fast. The deadline is on 7 June at 12:00 noon CEST. The terms of reference documents are available on our website for download.
We’ve prepared a short list of final tips to help you complete your project application. Don’t miss out!
1. Last chance to ask for feedback on your project idea
The ‘ask for feedback' assistance tool closes on 24 May 2024. After that, you will no longer be able to submit any requests to our Policy and Finance Officers.
This tool is a great way to make sure your project idea is on the right track. Many approved projects have said how useful it was to contact us and get our feedback before they applied. It was crucial to their success!
2. Attend our last Q&A session
We’re hosting our last Q&A session on 31 May from 10:00-11:00 CEST. This will be your last chance to ask us your questions and get an answer live.
You can watch the recordings of past events to see if anyone asked a similar question, or explore our frequently asked questions in our new help centre.
Finally, you can also get in touch with us through our ‘Ask a question’ form. We’re always available to answer your questions.
3. Replay the project development videos
Before finalising your application, make sure you watch the video series we’ve put together on topics such as partnership, activities, budget and communication.
They tackle all the key points important for you project application.
4. Find your last partners
If you’re still missing a few partners, use our partner search tool to fill in the gaps. Why not reach out to an organisation from one of our seven new countries?
Let’s expand the borders of interregional cooperation together!
Once you’re ready, go to the Portal and apply with your project proposal.
