New procurement
The GECOTTI - PE EEIG (in charge of the Interreg Europe programme) opens a Negotiated Procedure (Article L. 2124-3 of the French Public Procurement Code) for the 'Implementation and development of the Platform for the exchange of experience on regional development policies ('Policy Learning Platform') of the Interreg Europe Programme'.
The object of the present procurement / framework agreement is: Implementation and development of the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform.
The detailed content of the services is provided in the Special Technical Specifications document (CCTP).

N.B. The procedure is set up in two consecutive phases with different deadlines for the candidatures and the tenders. The deadline for receipt of candidatures is on Friday 3 February 2023 at 12:00 (noon) CEST via the “Synapse” electronic platform.
The deadline for submitting the tenders will be indicated on the invitation to tender that will be sent to candidates admitted to tender.
Any request for additional information must be sent no later than 8 calendar days before the deadline for submission of candidatures via the “Synapse” electronic platform.
No later than 6 calendar days before the deadline for submission of the candidatures, a written response will be provided to all candidates duly registered on the said platform.
Candidates must submit their candidature taking into account the details provided by the GECOTTI-PE EEIG in the answers to the questions.
