In mid-March, the host - Municipality of Plœuc-L'Hermitage welcomed project partners and their stakeholders to present local projects and the region. On the program: presentation of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomeration's Territorial Revitalization Operation (ORT), the European services of the Departmental Council of the Côtes d’Armor “Europ'Armor”, the European Service of Saint-Brieuc Armor Agglomeration, and Dinan Agglomeration's “Small Town for Tomorrow” program. In Plœuc-L'Hermitage, they discovered the Épi'Mobile itinerant social grocery store, the Lorge and Lié Health Collective, the Patat'As project, the Bay of Saint-Brieuc Library Network and the Traveling Digital Hub, etc.

The guests did not hold back either and brought proposals of good practices from their homelands: The establishment of the Tourist Board between Municipalities in Međimurje County, in Croatia, Online platform for convenient and accessible municipal eServices in Cēsis Municipality, Latvia and the creation of the Direction for Coordination of Territorial Administrative Units within Ilfov County Council, in Romania.

And this time, as usual, it was about cooperation, from several points of view: cooperation between municipalities, between them and national or decentralized or deconcentrated structures, or even all of them. All of these under the umbrella of cooperation with people and especially for the people
