First meeting for stakeholders in Kanta-Häme region, Finland

Finnish stakeholders gathered to learn about the CIBUS project and kickstart the collaboration on the topic of food loss and waste. Stakeholders invited are organisations representing different stages of the food chain in Kanta-Häme region.

The aim of the meeting was to familiarize stakeholders with the CIBUS project and most importantly to hear their views regarding the state of food loss and waste in Kanta-Häme. To collect this information, the meeting included a workshop session for discussing factors contributing to food loss and waste and sharing information about existing innovations in Kanta-Häme.

The meeting was organized by the Regional Council of Häme and Häme University of Applied Sciences, the Finnish project partners of CIBUS.
