Peer review: startup creation and investment attraction

On 29 and 30 June 2021, the Policy Learning Platform is organising an in-person peer review hosted by the city of Tartu and on setting up a green deal accelerator and related impact investment fund. 

What will it be about? 

Our SME competitiveness thematic experts, René Tonnisson and Mart Veliste will moderate the event which will take place in Tartu, Estonia. 
The city of Tartu would like to set up a new acceleration programme and impact investment fund focused on Green Tech to further strengthen the ongoing smart city and startup ecosystem developments. 
For this reason the peer review host would like to convene with European experts and their regional stakeholders to discuss how it can ensure an effective set-up and sustainable development of the accelerator and related impact investment fund. 
Peers from Germany, Poland, Spain, Latvia and the United Kingdom will share their expert experiences and provide recommendations to the city of Tartu.
