Astrid holds a Master in Renewable Energy, a MBA and a MA in Modern Languages and has more than 30 years’ experience in regional development policies. As thematic expert for 'Greener Europe' (circular economy, biodiversity, climate adaptation, nature-based solutions) and 'Europe closer to Citizens' at the Interreg Europe Policy Learning Platform, she has authored several policy briefs and leads the organisation and implementation of peer reviews, matchmakings and interregional learning events.
